Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain

The movie is the history of Amelie Poulain, waitress of coffee. The day that Lady Di died, Amelie find a box whit toys hidden in her bathroom. The box were of a boy that lived in the apartment. She looked for him and gave back. After, she have a new purpose in her life: help people.

The movie is a romantic comedy. The production is dynamic, some scenes almost an adventure. My favorite scene is when Amelie, after gave back the box with toys, she imagines like a famous nun who helps helpless people of the world.

‘’Amelie Poulain, Godmother of the outcasts, Madonna of the Unloved finally succumbed to exhaustion. In Paris´s stricken streets a countless throng of mourners lines her funeral route in silence with the measureless grief of newly orphaned children. What a strange Destiny for one who gave her all. Yet took such joy in life´s simple pleasures. Like Don Quixote she pitted herself against the grinding windmills of all life´s miseries’’  … And she cry and cry because she didn´t want to be alone.

Amelie imagines fantastic situations with everything,  also with love. She likes a boy but can´t talk him. She is cooking and imagines the boy going to buy to greengrocery for the food.  

The first time when I see this movie, I liked for the romantic plot. Now, I feel represented with Amelie. I like fantasize with situations that I would like.

The colors of the movie are so pretty, like a old romantic movie. The colors for me are important because cause different sensations in viewer. For example, I love Harry Potter and the colors that use in the finals movies are cold and darks because the situations are. 

‘’Amelie’’ are warms colors, like a Instagram filter jaja So beautiful.
