Level 4, Post 6, 'Postgraduate Studies'

For the time being, I don’t know if I would like to continue studying architecture, but if I should choose a master that the University of Chile offers, I would choose ‘’Management and Administration of Real Estate Projects’’ because it offers me knowledge about economics, management and gives me the tools to be an independent architect. I think that is important because an architect with economics tools can make good cities. Is better than any millionaire who sends to an architect to design a build for earning more money, without thinking in the habitability of households.

This program offers subjects like ‘’Investment and financing’’, ‘’Preparation and evaluation of projects’’, ‘’Urban management’’ and ‘’Deontology’’, the last is very important because associate teaching of economics with the architect’s duty for preventing buildings like ‘’guetos verticales’’

I would like to design goods households for people of my reality, like Puente Alto, Maipú or La Pintana, looks for goods inversions that can support this idea: Builds with for floor maximum with great spaces and economically access

I would like to study other things too. This year I was going a basic course of mountaineering, I was very excited, but it was cancelled because global pandemic. Also, I would like to learn about photography of architecture, there are courses about in Catholic University of Chile.
